We’re an experienced and passionate bunch of reward and recognition experts with a real zest for life. We’ve been achieving great results for our clients for over 15 years and this makes us happy. Very happy.

Motivates is B Corp™ Certified

In August 2022 we joined the ranks of over 4000+ companies (including many of our life:style Gift Card customers) who are using business as a force for good by becoming a B Corp™ certified business. 

The B Corp™ was established in 2006 and is the first and only certification for businesses that meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability. 

We’ve always worked hard to focus on our core purpose as well as our profit and being B Corp™ certified signifies that we are ‘walking the talk’ and are committed to being a sustainable and ethical business.
