The Brief

Bosch was looking to engage their employees during an annual training day with an innovative solution that would help them strengthen team relationships in a fun and relaxed setting.

Our Solution

Bosch approached the Motivates Events team to provide an‘energiser’ event during a company conference. With an hour slot to fill, the Motivates team proposed, and ultimately hosted, an Ice Sculpting Challenge for the staff. The experience was designed to provide a ‘hands-on’ activity to encourage team engagement and cohesion.

Employees were separated into teams of three where they competed to create the best ice sculpture. The final sculptures were remarkable, with all of the teams creating dazzling and exciting pieces.

The Result

“The Ice Sculpting Challenge was a huge surprise for our guests. Everyone got involved and the level of team work, laughter and general enjoyment resulted in some fantastic sculptures and a truly memorable experience. Everyone went back to the conference re-energised and ready for the rest of the day. This scheme was exactly what we were looking for.”
