The Brief

To deliver a bespoke and exciting team building event. Over the years Motivates and Santander have built a trusted and successful partnership. We’ve run team building and corporate hospitality events for their staff across the UK.

Our Solution

The Motivates Events Team created a package for the Santander Regional Team which would be very different from anything we had delivered in the past- a fantastic day of country pursuits at an idyllic location in Oxfordshire.

Once separated into teams, the group participated in an array of activities including Hovercrafts, Dog Agility, Ferret Racing, Falconry, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Rage Buggy Racing. Despite being a very competitive environment, all participants had a great day out and thoroughly enjoyed going head to head against their team members!

After a full day of activities, the group was treated to a private dinner at a 4 star luxury hotel. Following the sumptuous dinner, the teams participated in a lively and spooky murder mystery competition.
